Koolthaari – Wooden Weapons

  • Emphasizes advanced postures, intermediate strikes, and fluid combat movements.
  • Includes physical conditioning and breathing techniques for stamina and agility. 

Ankathaari – Iron Weapons

  • Teaches mastery of iron weapons like swords and daggers.
  • Focuses on advanced combat techniques, weapon specialisation, and real-world application.
  • Includes sparring practice and mental conditioning to enhance focus and resilience.

Verumkay – Unarmed Compact

  • Covers techniques like strikes, joint locks, and throws for hand-to-hand combat.
